Certified organic by Pro-Cert. Origin: France. Growing altitude: 200 - 800 feet above sea level. Superbly aromatic and sweet. Please use as a culinary herb. It adds delicate floral notes to coffee, tea, pastries, smoothies, grilled meat and shrimp. Or make a herbal, caffeine-free Lavender tea. Ideal brewing temperature: 100℃.
Wild Lavender is also great for making a bath infusion: brew 2-3 table spoons of Wild Lavender in a glass jar for up to 10 minutes. Add to your bath tub water.

  LAVENDER SAPPHIRE BLUE (FRENCH SUPER)

Certified organic by Pro-Cert. Origin: France. Growing altitude: 200 - 800 feet above sea level. Mild aroma with a distinctive floral perfume notes. It is the best for cooking or making Lavender Tea: The sweet aroma of Lavender will indulge your mind and the Mauve-coloured infusion will calm your body. Please don't use Lavender in large amounts. It will add bitterness to your dish or cup. How to brew: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of Lavender for each 7-9oz / 200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tisane).

  FRENCH SELECT LAVENDER BLOSSOMS

Origin: France, Provence. Growing altitude: 200 - 800 feet above sea level. Grade: Grade A New Crop, Air and sun dried. Lavender flowers are gathered when they first start to bloom and are dried on a cloth, as they tend to fall apart. Lavender is most often used for perfuming, but it is also an excellent plant for infusions and has an agreeable floral flavour. French Select Lavender is also great for making cloth sachet to hung them in wardrobes and linen closets to repel insects and mites. Lavender has been used as a natural pesticide from ancient times. Rubbing the wood of cabinets and cupboards with the Lavender essential oil keeps mites and flies away.

Rooibos is caffeine-free herb cultivated in South Africa. Cut Rooibos is bound and then milled to a uniform length then bruised between rollers to trigger the fermentation process, which results in the fruity flavour, sweet aroma, and exotic burgundy colour of the brew. The added Lavender provides a sweet floral finish. Organic Ingredients: Rooibos, Elderberry + Rosehip pieces, Lavender + Rose petals, and Natural flavours (organic compliant). Pyramid tea bags are made of unbleached PLA fiber derived from cassava. The string, tag, and tea bag are biodegradable and compostable.
