Natural homespun angora. Best for pain-relief warmers and baby clothing - it maintains warmth without sweating even in a hot summer day. Malabrigo Angora is spun by Argentinean artisans and hand dyed in Uruguay by Malabrigo's dye artists. This handspun angora yarn is a tightly S-twisted single ply. It is hand-dyed in semi-solid colours and has a beautiful, slightly slubbed due to hand spinning, homespun texture. The yarn develops an amazingly thick and fluffy 'halo'. Suitable knits: socks, hats, mittens, scarves, and baby clothing. In winter, it is a perfect yarn for making cozy sleeping socks.
Care: hand wash if soiled only, otherwise, to refresh, put into a steam bath for 5-7 min (the same way like you steam veggies) constantly turning sides and making sure your garment is not too wet. Dry flat. - Irene & Sheep.
